Job Description:
The Success Manager will be responsible for helping dramatically grow fitness studios across the world by helping coach their owners and employees. This person will be responsible for formulating recommendations and solutions, from our established playbook and resources, to assist the members in growing and sustaining their business. Success Managers are responsible for holding meetings with members to provide accountability and suggest tasks to help in furthering their member’s business.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Managing and maintaining a book of business, while nurturing and growing business relationships.
- Hosting 1-on-1 check-in sessions with members.
- Formulate plans, based on our curriculum, to assist the member’s business.
- Following up with clients and holding them accountable to action plans.
- Leading/training group training calls with members.
- Attending any and all meetings where a Success Manager’s presence is required, on time, and engaged.
- Following proper methods of communication with other Loud Rumor employees.
- Upholding and strictly adhering to Loud Rumor’s core values.
- Other duties as assigned.

30, 60, 90 Day Targets
30-Day Target: Complete team member onboarding and thoroughly understand our material, strategies, and tactics we recommend to members. Onboard and manage up to 10 members.
60-Day Target: Onboard and manage up to 25 members.
90-Day Target: Onboard and manage up to 40 members.

Salary: $60k base plus commission. Commission is earned as your member load grows. On-track earnings (OTE) after one year is around $90k+* (*Based on the number of members managed).
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Location: Remote. Travel is required for quarterly conferences with customers.
