Digital Marketing Account Strategist

Our Ads Team at Loud Rumor has one main objective: to deliver an unmatched experience that drives customers’ results. Fitness Studios hire our agency to run paid ad campaigns for their businesses. It’s our responsibility to ensure their campaigns are massively successful!
What Winning Looks Like:
- Meet and collaborate with customers to discuss and identify their digital marketing goals
- Act as the point of contact for customers about digital marketing
- Work with our internal media buying team to improve campaign results
- Lead a POD, consisting of a media buyer and campaign manager
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Maintain frequent contact with customers
- Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities that will help customers reach their goals
- Create digital strategies for customers to maximize ROI, considering their specific requirements
- Address customer questions effectively and on time
- Analyze and report on digital campaigns' success and suggest improvements to customers
- Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends
- Issuing daily status reports and timelines.
- Work efficiently across internal teams to ensure customer campaigns are optimized at all times
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills Needed To Win:
- 2-3 years in digital marketing account management in an advertising agency
- Infectious energy that makes others smile
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with project management
- Experience using Zapier and GoHighlevel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect and build rapport with others
- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to take efficient notes
30, 60, 90 Day Targets
30-Day Target: Complete team member onboarding and thoroughly understand our processes/strategies we recommend. Onboard and manage up to 15 customers.
60-Day Target: Onboard and manage up to 30 customers.
90-Day Target: Onboard and manage up to 40 customers.

Salary: Starting at $70,000 per year and ability to earn commission
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
